While we love a good time and even better vibes, we do have a few rules to help make us be the best we can be! So please do read through before booking with us.

A deposit of R100 p/p is required per person.

The R100 deposit serves as a minimum spend per head.

The deposit amount will be forfeited as a result of a late cancellation or no show.

Tables of 6 guests and more will automatically have a gratuity of 12% added to their final bill.

Changes in party size must be confirmed within a minimum of 24 hours before your reservation.

A maximum of 3 hours has been allocated to your reservation.

Please arrive on time, tables will be held for 30 minutes and then released.

No BYO or corkage.

We offer cakeage, at R35 charge per person.

The Pool Deck (including the ‘Hello Gorgeous’ sign) is strictly reserved for in-house hotel guests during the day.

We tend to have live entertainment throughout the week, for more intimate seating, we suggest booking inside.

Please respect others’ personal space and keep the cellphone shoots to a minimum, so everyone gets to feel comfortable. 

Professional shoots/scenes/cameras will not be permitted without prior arrangement.

No single-use decorations are permitted (balloons, glitter, confetti, etc).

Speeches, games, speakerphone calls, and video calls to be avoided.

Our kitchen accepts last small and big plates orders by 21:30, desserts orders by 22:00 and the bar accepts last drinks orders by 23:30.Unfortunately we do not offer parking, but we can suggest making use of Mandela Rhodes Building on Burg Street, for paid and secure parking (Cash Only).
